Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Preheat the oven to 180 C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix half a vegetable broth cube in boiling water.
Dice onions and garlic. Rinse and dry the baby spinach leaves.
Place the Fazer Willja Veggie Bites on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for 10 minutes.
Sautee the onions and garlic on the pan in oil on medium heat for a few minutes. Add the baby spinach and cook until the spinach has wilted a little.
Pour the vegetable broth and Fazer Willja Oat for Cooking to the pan. Add the grated ”parmesan” and corn starch and let bubble on low-medium heat stirring for a few minutes. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed. When the sauce is ready, toss in the spaghetti and give a good stir.
