Instructions
Cook 1 kg potatoes until they are tender. Cook the Fazer Willja Veggie Bites in a pan with oil on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes per side.
When the potatoes are ready, take 0,5 dl of the hot cooking water and stir in half a vegetable broth cube. Pour away the rest of the cooking water. Mash the potatoes for a minute or two with a potato masher.
Combine the vegetable broth, Fazer Willja Oat for Cooking and the dairy free butter with the mashed potatoes and keep mashing until everything is smooth. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
Serve the soft potato mash with Fazer Willja Veggie Bites, grated cabbage or sauerkraut. Decorate the dish with fresh herbs.
