Ingredients
10 crispy lettuce leaves
hummus or vegan mayonnaise of your choice
1 packet (250 g) of Fazer Willja Veggie Bites Carrot & Cauliflower, Pea & Broccoli or Bites Beets & Seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 dl sushi ginger
1 chopped green onion
1/2 dl salted peanuts
Black pepper from a mill
Instructions
Rinse the lettuce leaves and spread on a serving plate. Spoon hummus or vegan mayonnaise of your choice on top.
Fry Fazer Willja Veggie Bites on a pan with oil for two minutes on both sides. Place them on top of the dip. Add sushi ginger, chopped green onions and crushed salted peanuts. Grate some black pepper on top.
