These soft garlic-flavored naan breads are coated with fried Fazer Willja Veggie Bites, tomatoes, fried kale, avocado and basil. These delicious flat breads will make you crave for more and the best part is that the fillings can be easily modified to suit your taste.

Ingredients
4 pieces of pre-baked garlic naan bread
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
hummus or vegan mayonnaise of your choice
1 packet (250 g) of Fazer Willja Veggie Bites Carrot & Cauliflower (you can also use Pea & Broccoli or Bites Beets & Seeds)
2–3 tbsp oil
200 g cherry tomatoes
5 dl ripped kale or fresh spinach
2 avocados
Juice of 1 lime
a pinch of salt and black pepper
1 dl basil or coriander
Instructions
Spread the pieces of naan bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with some butter or oil. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 3 minutes.
Spread the hummus or vegan mayonnaise of your choice on the pieces of naan bread.
Fry Fazer Willja Veggie Bites on a pan with oil for 2–3 minutes on both sides. Place on top of the bread. Fry kale on a pan with some oil form a few minutes until the kale starts to brown. You can heat the tomatoes for a few minutes on a pan, if you like. Add the kale and tomatoes on the bread. Cut avocados in half, pit, use a spoon to scoop the flesh out of the skin on a cutting board and slice. Squeeze some lime juice on top. Place the avocado slices on top of the bread. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil.
