Nothing beats the flavor combination of tomato, mozzarella, basil and balsamic. This delicious tomato-mozzarella salad gets its nutrients from Fazer Willja Oat Rice. Serve the salad as a side dish or enjoy as lunch!

Ingredients
400g small tomatoes
300g large tomatoes
½ tsp olive oil
250ml Fazer Willja Oat Rice
400ml water
1 tsp salt
1 handful of fresh basil
1 ball of fresh mozzarella
1 ball of burrata
a little balsamic reduction
Instructions
Place the small tomatoes on a baking tray with baking parchment and salt. Bake the tomatoes in the oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
Boil the oat rice in a saucepan with water and salt, lid-on, for 13 minutes. Halve the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Finely chop the basil leaves. Grate the mozzarella into smaller pieces.
Mix the cooked oat rice with the baked tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. Top the salad with the balsamic reduction and burrata.
