This gourmet plate combines perfectly salty and sweet! Fazer Willja Crispy Nuggets with soft roasted sweet potato cubes and hummus or vegan mayonnaise of your choice makes a perfect combo that you can´t get enough of.

Ingredients
500 g sweet potato
200 g broccolini
1–2 red onions
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 packet (286 g) of Fazer Willja Crispy Nuggets Original or Tex-Mex
hummus or vegan mayonnaise of your choice
(a sprinkle of sumac or chilli flakes)
Instructions
Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Rinse and dice the broccolini. Peel the red onions and cut into wedges.
Spread the sweet potatoes and onions on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix in oil, honey and salt. Roast in the oven at 225 °C for 15 minutes. Add the broccolini and Fazer Willja Crispy Nuggets and bake for approximately 10 more minutes until the sweet potatoes are done.
Use a spoon to scoop the hummus or vegan mayonnaise of your choice on a serving plate. Scoop the oven-roasted vegetables on top. Garnish with a sprinkle of sumac or chilli flakes, if you like.
