The tastiest vegetable soup of the winter is perhaps this sweet potato soup. This dairy- and gluten-free puree soup is easy to make from boiled sweet potatoes and potatoes. Fazer Willja Oat for Cooking brings creaminess to the soup and you can add more nutrients and spiciness with different toppings. Cook the diced onion and ginger in a saucepan in oil for a few minutes. Add the cubed sweet potato and potatoes, water and vegetable broth cubes. Bring to a boil and let simmer under a lid on low heat for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. The smaller the potato cubes are, the faster they will cook.
