This easy to make soda bread gets its richness from Fazer Willja Spoonable Oats Natural. The dairy-free bread is also suitable for vegans.

Preheat the oven to 200 C and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle some flour on top of the parchment.
In a bowl, mix the Fazer Willja Spoonable Oat Natural until it’s smooth.
In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: the all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda.
Add the Spoonable Oat and oat drink to the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon until the dough is soft. Add more oat drink if the dough is too dry. Don’t knead the dough too much, just until everything is combined.
Shape the dough on the floured parchment paper into a round shape with a diameter of about 18-20 cm. Cut deep crosses on the dough with a knife and sprinkle rolled oats on top of the bread.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and feels shallow when you knock on the bottom.
