A delicious and filling plant-based wok that charms with its lovely taste! This wok is all about fried Fazer Willja Veggie Bites, Oat Rice and and vegetables that gets taste from a homemade teriyaki-sesame sauce.

Ingredients
4 dl Fazer Willja Oat rice
1 packet (250 g) of Fazer Willja Veggie Bites Carrot & Cauliflower (you can also use Pea & Broccoli or Bites Beets & Seeds)
1 l fresh wok vegetables
3 tbsp rapeseed oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 dl chopped coriander
2 chopped spring onions
1 medium-strong chili
1/2 dl ground roasted onion
Sauce
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Instructions
Boil Fazer Willja Oat rice as instructed on the package and drain the water with a sieve.
Fry Fazer Willja Veggie Bites on a pan with oil for couple minutes on both sides. Put on a plate.
Stir-fry the vegetables in oil for a few minutes. Add Fazer Willja Oat rice, fry for a few minutes and season with salt. Mix the dressing ingredients and add to the wok.
Place the Fazer Willja Veggie Bites on a pan. Garnish with chopped coriander and green onions, sliced chilli and ground roasted onion.
