300 grams Fazer Willja Oat Rice, boiled and cooled
100ml Fazer Willja Oat Drink (or milk)
100grams of wheat flour
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
0.25 tsp cardamom
0.25 tsp salt
Butter or plant-based spread for frying.
Topping of your choice: berries, spoonable oat or Fazer Willja Oat for Whipping.
Cook the oat rice according to the instructions on the package.
Stir together the milk (or oat milk), wheat flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cardamom and salt.
Mix into the cooked oat rice.
Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
Melt the butter (or spread) in a pan and fry the pancakes over a medium heat until golden on both sides.
Serve with spoonable oat or Fazer Willja oat for Whipping and fresh berries.
