You can start preparing this easy everyday meal already the previous evening. The fried Fazer Willja Oat Rice gets flavour form onion and sesam oil, and it is served with Fazer Willja Crispy Nuggets.

200 g mixed frozen vegetable cubes such as carrots, corn and peas
2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Instructions
Cook the Fazer Willja Oat rice according to package instructions either the day before or at least about an hour before, so that it has time to cool down properly. The Oat rice should be firm.
Cook the Fazer Willja Crispy Nuggets in a pan in oil for about 5 minutes turning the sides every now and then. Chop about half of the nuggets into small pieces and set the chopped and the whole nuggets aside for a while.
Dice the onions and garlic and sautee in oil for a few minutes. Add the frozen vegetables in the pan and keep cooking on medium heat for another minute.
To the pan, add the dairy-free butter and the cooled down Oat rice. Cook everything for another 5 minutes stirring every now and then.
Mix the chopped nuggets and the tamari or the soy sauce to the pan and cook for another minute. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the toasted sesame oil.
